I find it pretty interesting to travel down your average grocery store aisles and notice how little food is actually “food” that sustains life. Seems these countless aisles of food items are really not fit for human consumption.

What am I speaking of? Well, how about that brightly colored processed cheese? And what about heavily processed luncheon meat convenience meals for children? Add to that microwave fast food snacks, meals and sauces, fluorescent colored yogurt snacks, instant and canned soups and packaged breakfast meat and sandwiches that guarantee heartburn before lunch.

Though successfully marketed as part of a balanced diet, these “normal” foods are making it seem normal to be sick, tired and depressed most of our lives. It’s as though buyers of these items have become robots, purchasing and then consuming whatever is advertised. This isn’t just a passing thought. These foods can slowly kill your health and the health of your children. So beware.

It should be clear to us by now that by eating and drinking food of a low electrical frequency that is out of harmony with the human body, that you cannot expect to avoid illness feel good. When it becomes a daily habit, your body and mind quickly diminish in function.

If the human body vibrates between 60 and 80 MHz, it just makes sense that it should also consume mostly fresh foods and water than have the same energy frequency. And it’s no coincidence that properly grown and harvested fruits and vegetables are within that natural vibrational range. Foods that are processed outside the laws of nature are not harmonious with your electrical body.

So, to maintain this indulating, energetic body we need natural food. But what is commonly termed “food” and sometimes even “health food” in today’s mainstream market is really far from healthy. Diet products are probably the worst offenders as they usually contain slow killing poisons. These synthetically manufactured foods and their cheap processed components like artificial colors, chemical sweeteners, milk solids, white flour and so on are pouring incoherent electrical patterns into your body and life, sabotaging any chance that you’ll look and feel your best. Fortunately, maybe dieters are disillusioned by now and want a better, healthier way to maintain both their weight and their health.

The standard conclusions that millions have made these last decades are also apparently amiss. Counting calories, fat grams, and carbohydrate grams has been the wrong emphasis for determining health and weight. There really is a better way to healthy vitality and weight loss that doesn’t involve counting anything. Yes, that may be a leap of faith for some. But it’s the truth.

What really matters is the life force energy foods contain. This is the only information you will ever need to determine whether a food is healthy and conducive to weight loss. You need only consider the ingredients and chemical processes of foods to know the difference between those that are life enhancing or those that sabotage your weight management and good health.
