Ingredients

  • dash of allspice
  • ¼ cup apple cider
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers
  • ¾ cup half and half
  • 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • dash of nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add the applesauce, cider, half and half, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, maple syrup and vanilla to a blender
  2. Process until smooth
  3. Add in the graham cracker crumbs and pulse a few times to combine
  4. Immediately pour the mixture into popsicle molds and then freeze according to the manufacturer's directions (for me it takes about 5 to 8 hours to freeze completely).
