Ingredients

  • 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
  • BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 c fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c canola oil
  • 1 c flour
  • 3 T green onion, minced
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c ketchup
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c whole milk
  • 4 T Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients for meatballs except 1 c flour and 1/2 c canola oil
  2. Form meat mixture into small balls and place on a cookie sheet
  3. Chill in freezer 10 to 20 minutes
  4. Heat a large sauce pan to med-hi
  5. Add canola oil
  6. Remove meatballs from freezer and dredge in flour
  7. Cook meatballs in oil, browning on all sides
  8. Remove and place on a cookie sheet or pan with sides.Heat oven to 350 degrees
  9. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs
  10. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes until center is no longer pink
  11. Serve immediately.
