- 2 cups of Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 10 Eggs, Beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Shredded onion
- 1/2 Tablespoon of Pepper
- 1/2 Tablespoon of Salt
- 1 1/2 cups Fresh Spinach finely cut up (be sure to clean well, and then dry, and then cut).
- 6 Small Sausage Links cut up (I Used the Microwave Kind)
- First beat the eggs.Add milk, cheese, salt and pepper (add the salt and pepper to more your taste).Add spinach and onion, and the sausage.Place Liner in crock.Spray with Pam.Pour egg mixture into crock.Cover and cook for 4 hours on low.
