Ingredients

  • 8 c broccoli cut in long florets
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 Tbs Parmesan -garnish
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with tin foil.In a large bowl, coat broccoli with olive oil and sprinkle on all dried spices (oregano through pepper.)Mix well - use your hands for this or get the kids involved!Roast for 25-30 minutes or until nicely browned.Garnish with fresh Parmesan.
